Ltd., Government of Karnataka Enterprise (Joint Venture of HMT and Government of Karnataka). This unit was taken over by Askar Group and names as Askar Mechatronics Systems Pvt. Ltd. involved in manufacturing of CNC Retrofits, CNC Flat Bed Lathes, Machining of Heavy Engineering Components & LB 17 & LB 20 Centre Lathes.
